Next what I did was enabling windows firewall + allow "s", "GameGuard.ver" and "s" to run.
I tried to enable and disable windows firewall and antivirus programs (Avira AntiVir and Kaspersky Anti Virus). I searched the official game board for solutions, but nothing helped.
